What You'll Do

As a Business Services Manager, you will:

• Lead Your Team: Take ownership of a talented group of graduate and junior accountants and offshore staff, mentoring them to deliver outstanding results.

• Own Client Relationships: Partner with leadership to onboard new clients, manage ongoing relationships, and provide exceptional service with minimal input.

• Drive Growth: Proactively grow a portfolio of SME clients and contribute to the success of the firm.

• Deliver Excellence: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents while providing strategic business advisory services.

• Streamline Processes: Implement efficient workflows and leverage technology to maximise productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in a chartered accounting firm.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax principles, and business advisory services.

• Leadership Skills: A proven ability to manage and mentor a team.

• Client Focus: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Hunger to grow a client base and develop a successful business of your own within the Maher Group framework.
